Another Week

Well here we go, another week down!  This week started off pretty good!!  After church Sunday, we had an eternal investigator come and talk to us and say she wanted us to prepare her for her baptism, we marked a date for the 7th of December, which is the same day as her birthday apparently! 

We also did a service project this week picking blackberries for a member named Renato.  It was super good and we got paid with a jar of honey from his farm (and blackberrys haha). 

On Thursday I had a little bit of a scary moment haha, i was running in the park in the morning, when I say a huge plastic bag on the ground that had something huge inside, i went closer and realized it was a body!  i screamed and then heard a scream coming from the plastic bag, followed by a homeless man cussing me out for ruining his night.. (it was 7 in the morning)... Brasil haha. 

Other than that, we had a BBQ with the Secretary and the President of the branch this week which was pretty legit.  Made ribs, hip and some sort of pork.

 Also finally finished the Book of Mormon in Portuguese this week which was pretty awesome!
