Here's the recipe:
Brunch Açaí Bowls
1 c. almond or regular milk
1 c. plain Greek yogurt
2 T. Açaí powder
2 bananas (frozen if you are eating it right away)
1¾ c. frozen blueberries
1⅓ c. frozen strawberries
Topping options: (Cut all into small pieces. I didn't serve all of these options.)
bananas
strawberries
blueberries
raspberries
pineapple
apples
kiwi
granola
shredded coconut
peanut butter
peanut butter
Directions:
Put ingredients (not the toppings) in a blender. Blend until there aren't any lumps. Either freeze in individual servings or serve immediately and top as desired. This recipe makes about 4½ cups acai mix.
